Our company

M.W. Trade S.A. is a financial institution providing services for the benefit of Independent Public Healthcare Centres (SP ZOZ).

 

Services portfolio of the company that has been operating since 2004 comprises unique solutions ensuring financial liquidity for public healthcare institutions. These include but are not limited to solutions allowing for complete restructuring of liabilities, investments’ financing and assistance in adapting hospitals to the newest requirements related to the expectations of the European Union.


Services provided under the name “Hospital Fund” allow for restructuring of liabilities at a low cost of consultancy and financial support being offered. Product’s base idea is to enable a hospital to plan cash flows, minimize costs related to liability servicing and restore good trade relations with suppliers, thus to realize the statutory tasks.

 

Within the investment universe of M.W. Trade S.A. there are due, civil law liabilities. The Company purchases receivables of SP ZOZ that is interested in restructuring its debt. Purchase is done in the form of assignment of receivables, in which pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of equipment, suppliers of electrical energy or other entities providing services for the benefit of SP ZOZ act as sellers.


M.W. Trade S.A. pays for purchased receivables by instalments.  Among customers of M.W. Trade S.A. there are entities from throughout Poland, including W. Biegański Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz, SP ZOZ in Dębica, J. Rostek Hospital in Racibórz, F. Ceynowa Hospital in Wejherowo, Pomeranian Centre for Infectious Diseases in Gdańsk, J. Biziel SP ZOZ in Bydgoszcz, A. Sokołowski Specialist Hospital in Szczecin-Zdunowo, 7th Navy Hospital in Gdańsk, SP ZOZ, Provincial Specialist Hospital no. 3 in Rybnik.

 

Among partners the company is cooperating with the are largest national and international pharmaceutical companies, including:  Polpharma S.A, Roche Polska Sp. z o.o., Hand Prod Sp. z o.o., Linde Gaz Polska Sp. z o.o., 3M Poland Sp z o.o., Phoenix Pharma Polska Sp z o.o., Prosper S.A, Tyco Polska sp. z o.o., Johnson&Johnson Poland.
